Francisco Nunes Libreiro

Francisco Libreiro, bachelor’s degree in European Studies (Letters Faculty of the University of Lisbon - FLUL) and master’s student in International Relations (Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon – ISCSP), with a thesis focused on the influence of ENGO in major environmental political negotiations (from the Kyoto Protocol to the Paris Agreement). Current researcher and grant holder from NOVA University of Lisbon, at MARE - Marine and Environmental Sciences Centre (http://www.mare-centre.pt/en) with the MediMARE project, where he focuses his research to mediation, maritime and territorial disputes, spatial planning and international and national maritime disputes across the Atlantic ocean.
